“The interpretation of dreams is the royal road to knowledge of the unconscious activities of the mind.” – Sigmund Freud
So here we are with the Full Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse upon us that has been in the news along with excitement in the New Age community with some cases is overblown and a bit on the side of hysteria. Of course, there’s an influence and even with my conservative approach to “predictions” I confidently say that there is a reaction to this phenomena which, as I always state, very much depends on how it affects individuals based on their own birth charts. This column is in part based on mundane influence which is the overall collective consciousness so to a degree all are bound into the mix of the masses as we observe this intriguing event and allow it to reflect within.
Eclipses happen on the average of four times annually and can even happen up to six times a year so they’ve been going on for a long time and yet, even so they have mass appeal and impact. There’s always the expectation and thrill of something extraordinary desired that once weeded out still leaves significant events in response to them. Events don’t usually happen right on those days but mostly occur in advance and to a degree shortly after. A lunar eclipse is in full effect two weeks before and a solar eclipse is influential up to two months prior to the actual time both of which the time frames depends on other celestial happens around them This is why I often mention them well before the specific date as notice to be mindful of the influence.
At this time in our history many already experience heightened adrenalin rushes and some are addicted to the excitement, some are fearful, and some feel like they’re on a runaway train. Whatever the reasons, it’s with us now that society is caught in this frenzy and is enhanced by the idea of a Blood Moon triggering something special.
Virgo
is a worker bee in that it governs those committed in service such as nurses,
teachers, factory workers and all that work in unison. Pisces is also about
large groups in a more cloistered setting such as monasteries, prisons, and anywhere
people are housed. An eclipsing Moon is when the Moon and Sun are opposite one
another so the powerful influence. Professions governed include fishermen, the
shipping industries and their employees, it governs spirituality and those
fields such as priests, religious leaders, dreams, mediums (those who talk to
spirits), the alcoholic industry, bartenders, opiates, psychology and libraries
are a few examples. Traits governed are emotions, secrets, unknown enemies, the
subconscious, the feet, fears and unresolved issues. Primordial energy is
stirred as each is called to acknowledge ones own internal dialogue. So, yes I
agree that this is a special eclipse as we strive to have peace and harmony
that is also Pisces ruled. Going forward there will continue to be challenges
in all fields including non profits, the film industry and to a degree all
media due to incoming Mercury retrograde cycle beginning this week. It’s good
to evaluate your place within it all and allow Mercury in Aries to help you to
strengthen your individuality in relation to how you connect to the outer
world.
