And here we are! It’s 2024 and a beginning fraught with many mixed feelings and yet hopeful for all good things and opportunity in the best way. Reworking of many aspects of life is called for and with Pluto entering Aquarius until 2044 there’s a lot to think about.
Mercury goes direct on Monday, still in Sagittarius that will slowly lead us all toward building in a nice direction with a few lofty goals and inspiration. Your beliefs, how you connect to the world at large and your ideals are leading aspects that are worthy ways to begin a new year.
Also on Monday Venus square Saturn cautions to take your time with personal matters and relationships as there may be setbacks or need to be flexible should another retreat in some way. This is a day to work on scheduling and planning rather than direct action with major things.
The Quarter Moon in Libra occuring Wednesday begins a week long cycle that helps you to see other viewpoints and where you may want to refine relationships and direct interactions. It’s good to refine rather than judge.
Mars enters Capricorn Thursday where it remains until February 13 providing tenacity and the ability to be thorough and persistent as needed. Major projects benefit from this reliable energy and you can build where you need from small tasks, beginning personal maintenance for health, exercise and where you want to build strength and stamina.
The Moon wanes until the next New Moon on January 11 adding to the week a great time for introspection. Journaling a few notes about your feelings and ideals can flow together nicely as a building block of positive intention.
