Mercury is direct as of today after a 3 week cycle that was compounded by the lunar eclipse. We all have a breathing space as we enter the new year.
I'm studying the coming solar eclipse in January and will be writing about it.

Monday, Dec 13, 7:00 PM EST til Wednesday, Dec 15, 10:00AM EST take care while traveling. Avoid confrontational people and volatile conversations. Mercury is angling harshly to other planets in the solar system – Uranus, Pluto and Mars plus Mars conjuncts Pluto at 11:13 PM Monday night making everything too intense. Better to be safe than risk anything.

Tomorrow is a nice day for beginnings and also a powerful day due to Mercury conjunct Pluto at 8:18 PM.

Wonder how many are all that prepared for the holidays? There is an eclipse December 21 on the Winter Solstice and the first day the Sun is in Capricorn - will be writing about it next week.
Also, Mercury is retrograde for three weeks beginning December 10.
The last quarter moon in Virgo sets the pace for the next week to think about what you want to do to make necessary changes so that your life flows more efficiently and in sync with your true self. Time to think about how you want to live your life in 2011.

Instructor: Sandra Helton is a professional astrologer in practice for more than 20 years and is a minister, medium and teacher with the Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp. She is astrologer and columnist for Shirley MacLaine.

Students registering in advance will receive a free chart graphic upon request: You may request your chart by sending your birth data when you register. Include your name, birth date, birth time and birth location and a contact number or email.* It will be handed out at the first class. Your birth chart will be calculated based on the data provided and will show your sun sign, all the planets, the ascendant and house rulers. These are great for learning about yourself during the course.
If you are unable to attend this series sign up to be notified about future classes and seminars.

Moon in Sagittarius until 12:17 AM EDT Oct 13 when it enters Capricorn.
The planetary alignments for October 13 are intense - best to take your time and do not be pulled into situations where you might be stuck. The Moon in Capricorn conjunct Pluto and square Saturn is both stark and frustrating.

The column this week is about the fall equinox and the Full Moon in Aries at zero degrees. This is such a powerful week that includes several strong angles from the Sun to Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto. Interestingly the cycle of revelation increases as a result of this particular full moon, which is the first of two full moons in Aries in a row. Unusual.
The Sun enters Libra on September 22.

The new moon in Virgo is September 8 at 6:30 AM that begins a 2 week cycle of building energy especially in areas of business. From that point until September 12 when Mercury in Virgo is retrograde is good for getting ready to move ahead and take action - Mercury is direct as on September 12.
